All you’re revealing is that you have no actual friends who are are close enough to enjoy giving each other shit for a dumbass decision. This course is clearly not exactly Pebble/Pasatiempo and that dude is not (that) hammered. They’re at some goat track in rural Kansas in the late afternoon that’s probably got like, 15 other people on the entire course, they’re knocking it around, and having a good time. Old boy clearly feels shitty about his bad decision—couple of the guys are laughing at him, “Shane” is throwing an ironic hissy fit and like, get the fuck over yourself with the “t-shirts and Walmart clubs” elitist bullshit. I *also enjoy a crisp-collared polo, white af FJ Premieres and grinding out a round at a top-notch, well-managed course with good pace, but if you can’t also appreciate a chill nine in a t-shirt and runners while having some laughs and a couple cold ones with your buddies, maybe ask yourself if you’re on course for the love of the game or the love of your ego and the stick up your ass.
